Thanks for stopping by! I’m Lindsey and I created the Project Board to organize my projects and ideas and to share them with others. My husband and I bought a house a few years ago and we’ve spent a lot of time doing home improvement projects. I particularly enjoy refinishing furniture and seeing old pieces come back to life. I love a good before and after shot and will certainly share those here.
In 2012, I took up photography as a hobby. I enjoy it very much and post my pictures here frequently.
This blog is open to anything that involves creativity. Cooking, painting, decorating, you name it, I’ll probably write about it.
Thanks for following my blog. I hope you have time to browse through the archives and select a few recipes to try. If you do, please let me know how they turn out.
Hey Lindsey! Thanks so much for checking out my blog & liking “In Remembrance On Veteran’s Day.” That means a lot. 🙂 Your blog looks very cool – I love being creative as well, so I will definitely be following!
I would love to learn how to refinish furniture! Old pieces have such a wonderful history and look to them. 🙂 Great blog!

Thank you very much!
Hello there! If it’s one Lens that I don’t have it’s a Micro Lens. Often thought it buying one, but just don’t seem to get there. I do have a Tamron 80-300mm Lens that I use for close-up shot’s. It’s not a true Micro Lens, but it seems to work well. I am following. Thank you!
Thanks for the comment and the follow! I don’t think one necessarily needs a macro lens but it does make a difference when trying to capture a lot of detail of a smaller object (or a small portion of a larger object). I agree; my 18-55mm lens does fine for close up shots when I don’t have my macro or if I don’t think the macro is the best lens to use for the shot. Thanks, again!
